Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) event on 30-31.05.2024 in Skopje, Macedonia

On behalf of our international partner, the Center for  Research and Policy Making (CRPM), on 30-31.05.2024 Constan was involved and partial organisation of the international Conference on Gender Responsive Budgeting (GRB) in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia.The objective of the conference was to exchange and debate on GRB on the following topics: 

Between desired and successful practices on Redistribution of public finances at local, and regional levels for the needs of women and men;
National strategies: Case studies and analyses of effective gender-responsive budgeting practices at the national level;
Local Initiatives: Successful implementation of gender-responsive budgeting at the local level;
 National Srategies: Case studies and analyses of effective gender-responsive budgeting practices at the national level.

In the context of enhanced cooperation on issues related to these topics, regional and international partners participated from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Moldova, Spain, UK, Spain, France, Croatia and Cyprus.
On this hybrid event, Constan provided the 4 interpreters for 2 regional languages (Macedonian and Albanian), the technical sound equipment, microphones, earphones, flip chart, projector screens, a ZOOM streaming platform as well as one LED poster for the event. The project budget was approx. 12.000 EUR.
