In December 2025, for the purposes of our client BTA DOOEL Macedonia, the airport catering service in Skopje, and with support of our manufactures and partners from China, we produced an indoor LED screen which was mounted on their shop at the airport.

Hybrid event from 01-05.12.2025 in Skopje on behalf of UNICRI
Within the framework of the European Union’s (EU) Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Risk Mitigation Centres of Excellence (CoE) Initiative, Constan in cooperation with UNICRI delivered a five-day training course entitled “Building a Case for the Prosecution of Chemical and Biological Crimes.” The course was implemented under the pilot project “Strengthening CBRN Investigation, Prosecution and Adjudication Capabilities in the Western Balkans Region."
The five-day intensive programme provided a comprehensive overview of how CBRN crimes are investigated, prosecuted, and adjudicated. It addressed the full lifecycle of a criminal case, beginning with the crime scene and continuing through all necessary steps leading to courtroom proceedings.
The training took place from 1 to 5 December 2025 at the Military Academy in Skopje, North Macedonia. On this hybrid event, Constan provided the local focal point, who coordinated the event and the whole organization, 2 interpreters for simultaneous interpretation from English into BCMS, the technical sound equipment, microphones, earphones, flip charts, projector screens, a ZOOM streaming platform as well as 1 LED poster for the event. The project budget was approx. 22.000 EUR.

TAIEX event on 21-22.02.2024 in Skopje, Macedonia
On behalf of our international partner, Cecoforma and the European commission within the TAIEX program, on 21-22.02.2024 Constan organised the TAIEX Regional Conference on 112 and e-Call in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia.
The objective of the conference was to improve the functioning of the 112 and eCall services and to establish a more effective coordination between officials in different areas of administrations in the Transport Community's membership. In the context of enhanced cooperation on issues related to transport of dangerous goods and road safety, 112 and eCall are services that facilitate emergency intervention on the territories of the regional partners from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
On this hybrid event, Constan provided the digital stage manager, who coordinated the speakers and 200+ participants, the 12 interpreters for 6 regional languages (Macedonian, Serbian, Albanian, Romanian, Ukrainian and Georgian), the technical sound equipment, microphones, earphones, flip charts, projector screens, a ZOOM streaming platform as well as 2 LED posters for the event. The project budget was approx. 22.000 EUR.

On behalf of our international partner, the Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM), on 30-31.05.2024 Constan was involved and partial organisation of the international Conference on Gender Responsive Budgeting (GRB) in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia.The objective of the conference was to exchange and debate on GRB on the following topics:
Between desired and successful practices on Redistribution of public finances at local, and regional levels for the needs of women and men;
National strategies: Case studies and analyses of effective gender-responsive budgeting practices at the national level;
Local Initiatives: Successful implementation of gender-responsive budgeting at the local level;

In the context of enhanced cooperation on issues related to these topics, regional and international partners participated from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Moldova, Spain, UK, Spain, France, Croatia and Cyprus.
